Terms of Business / Trade Information

As an exclusive registered business partner you have the opportunity to order required spare parts and products at exclusive B2B conditions.

Please take notice of the following terms:

You should be a dealer for Music, Studio or PA-equipment and your shop is located within Europe.

The value of each order has to be over € 50, 00 excl. taxes.
Please be informed that a fee of € 10, 00 will be charged in case of ordering below the value of € 50, 00 excl. tax.

You are only three small steps away to your exclusive B2B registration.

1. Open an account by clicking the following buttons, "My Account " and "Open account ".

2. Please fill out the complete registration form with all the required data and press send to store your data.

3. You should receive an automatically generated e-mail to the address in your registration form. In order to verify you as our customer it is necessary that you return this e-mail to us with the subject "Dealerregistration"

After your successful confirmed registration you will receive your personal B2B status including the benefit of our special conditions.
Now you are able to see your price list after a login with your e-mail & password.

At the moment there are some special technical reasons to declare:

For customers within Germany the pricelist is inclusive the actual tax rate of 19%.

For customers within the European Union it is necessary to enter your Tax Identification Number in able to see the tax free list, otherwise they will be inclusive tax.

For customers within the rest of Europe witch do not belong to the above, will see all the prices tax free. Please be informed that we are not confirm with the restrictions and shipping regulations in these countries therefore the duty has to be managed at your own cost.
